Dr. Sangeet Mittal is a Vitreoretinal Surgeon specializing in Vitreo-Retinal and Uveitis services. He completed his postgraduate training at PGI Chandigarh and his fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.

He is a Member of the Scientific Committee (POS) and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Vitreo-Retinal Society of India (VRSI).

Achievements include:

• First individual in history to win all 3 top awards — Best Paper, Best Poster, and Best Video — at the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) Conference 2021, during the same meeting.
• First ever to complete the prestigious quartet of competitive awards by VRSI: JM Pahwa Best Paper, Best Video, Best Poster, and PN Nagpal Best Innovation.
