Submission Guidelines

Quality Settings

Resolution and Frame Rate
Resolution: Minimum 720p (Standard HD), preferably 1080p (Full HD) or higher.
Frame Rate: 30 fps is standard; 60 fps recommended for smoother motion during fine surgical manipulations.

Encoding and File Format
Preferred format: MP4 (H.264 / H.265) for efficient compression without compromising quality.
Bitrate: Minimum 8 Mbps for Full HD; up to 35 Mbps for 4K clarity.

Lighting and Contrast Adjustments
Surgical field visibility: Ensure proper illumination with balanced contrast.
Color accuracy: Maintain neutral white balance to reflect realistic tissue tones.

Audio and Annotation Considerations
Clear microphone input: Not mandatory, but preferred. Audio should be free from ambient noise and allow direct surgical commentary.
On-screen annotations: Use high-contrast text overlays for procedural guidance.

Accessibility
Adaptive streaming support: Ensure compatibility with variable bandwidth conditions.
